2139 new cases take Sindh's tally to 86795

Sindh's coronavirus tally soared to 86795 on Wednesday after the province reported 2139 new cases.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah also announced that 29 more people lost their lives to coronavirus. 1406 people have died from the novel virus, he said. He further said the condition of 707 patients is critical while 104 are on ventilator.

Speaking about the tests conducted, the CM said 8201 people were tested for the virus in the past 24 hours. So far Sindh has tested 461587 people for the disease out of which 86795 tested positive.

Shah revealed that today 1703 have recovered from the virus. Sindh's total number of recoveries have reached 48527.
