Government College University Lahore Political Science Department's student Aadersh Hamza on Monday crowned as "GCU Mastermind 2012" for winning the intra-university Mastermind Quiz Competition organised by the Ravians Quiz Society.
As many as 84 students from various academic departments of GCU took part in the quiz which was spanned over nine brainstorming rounds. Out of 84 participants, GCU History Department student Tehseen Wattoo stood second whereas Maheen Iqbal of Biotechnology Department secured third position. Vice Chancellor GCU Professor Dr Muhammad Khaleeq-ur-Rahman congratulated the winners, saying that quiz competitions polish and hone the skills and knowledge of students and make them prodigious individuals.
