The Sindh Culture Department has planned to celebrate 23rd March as Pakistan Day with zeal, enthusiasm and befitting manner. The Provincial Secretary Culture Department Abdul Aziz Uqaili has informed that a delegation comprising more than 30 artists, artisans and officials led by Deputy Director Sindh Museum Muhammad Ayub Jamali has been dispatched to Quetta, they celebrate Youm-e-Pakistan.
All provinces including Gilgit Baltistan to participate in exhibition and exhibit their cultural products. The Culture Department has also arranged a calligraphy exhibition on the eve of Youn-e-Pakistan at Mehran Arts Council Hyderabad, which will be inaugurated by Additional Secretary Culture Ashfaque Ahmed Moosvi at 05.00 pm.
Similarly, the Institute of Modern Science & Arts (IMSA) Hyderabad has also chalked out a programme to celebrate Pakistan Day at Mumtaz Mirza Auditorium Hyderabad. The programme would be consisted in two sessions the first one to be started at 10.00 am and second at 02.30 pm. Those persons who have rendered / marvellous performance in their respective fields during 2011 would be awarded.
