Wage Board Award: Supreme Court seeks report from chairman ITNE

While resuming hearing of civil miscellaneous application (CMA) Wednesday, the Supreme Court sought a report from Chairman Implementation Tribunal for Newspaper Employees (ITNE) pertaining to implementation of 7th Wage Board Award. A three-member bench led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was hearing CMA filed by the All Pakistan Newspaper Employees Confederation (APNEC). The hearing was adjourned till March 22.
