Hearing against SHO put off

The Lahore High Court sent a SHO of factory area to jail for entering the house of petitioner and disgracing her. Petitioner Mehvish of Walton contended before the court that respondent SHO Attique Dogar entered her house to search her husband and disgraced her when he did not find her husband in the house. She approached the high police officials against his behaviour but all in vain, therefore she approached the LHC who called the respondent SHO.
SHO while hearing the petitioner before the court give a smile and ignored the court decorum. Justice Syed Kazim Raza taking strict action over the behaviour of the respondent ordered to arrest him and send to jail. The court adjourned the proceedings till March 24 and directed to produce the respondent in cuffs.
