Judges duty-bound to provide justice: CJ LHC

The Lahore High Court Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed observed that provision of justice to the people is our duty and added in his presence no one could use the judicial system in his favour. He was addressing a closing session of a training course of judges in the city. CJ said judges are human beings and they spent all their life while learning.
He said a judge should not only law knowing but he should have also ability to resolve the issues and to deal management in good manners. He said we should improve ourselves by learning from our mistakes and should not repeat them again. If we did not learn from our mistakes, we could not proceed ahead in our life, CJ added. He said for easy excess to justice for the people the judiciary should have to adopt modern methods and technology. CJ said the judges have to perform their duties of dispense of justice and added those judges would not perform who could not find their room in the judiciary.
