Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) on Monday claimed to have arrested a person, who was allegedly involved in the murder of Akbar Bugti's grandson. According to AVCC officials, an AVCC team on a tip-off conducted raid in Defence area and apprehended Mushtaq Baloch, who is allegedly involved in murder of Talha Bugti. They said the accused Mushtaq has been granted bail in the case and the police took him into custody for further investigation.
Police sources said the accused person along with his two other accomplices opened indiscriminate fire at a dance party in Khayaban-e-Rahat last year, leaving six persons including Talha Bugti killed and six others injured. A case 192/2011 in this regard was registered at Gizri Police Station. They said two more accused namely Arif and Qamaruddin Baloch were absconder in the case and the raids were being conducted to nab them.
