Terrorism has become serious Threat to the National Security, Economy and Public Life in Pakistan and result-oriented Legislation should immediately be enacted to contain this menace. This recommendation was made at a Seminar "How to improve the standard of Anti Terrorist Act Cases" held at Police Complex here on Sunday.
The Seminar also recommended that only the national security cases be sent to Anti Terrorist Court after getting approval from the Ministry of Defence and Interior Ministry. The Seminar further demanded the Forensic Education to Police Officers with necessary facilities and backup to scientifically preserve the crime scenes and proper training be given to them that how to obtain the Medico-Legal Certificate (MLC)from the Hospitals after occurrence of an incident.
