Federal Minister for Information Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan reiterated official stance that the government will never write a letter to Swiss courts, as it is a waste of time. She was speaking to the media after the inauguration ceremony of a sports gala here on Saturday.
According to her, writing a letter tantamount to the trial of the graves of martyrs. She further added that the decision to not write a letter is final as the Swiss cases have already been declared fake. She denied rumours about reopening land or air Nato supply routes, adding that it has nothing to do with actual situation on ground. The government would only consider open the routes once the Parliament permits to do so, she stressed.
