The team of UK-based science documentary makers is expected to arrive at the Karachi fish harbour on Friday to carry out research and make documentary on the mammoth whale shark captured a couple of days ago, officials said on Thursday.
"A group of scientists and experts of Windfall Film, London is expected to reach Karachi fish harbour on Friday to carry out research and filming of the dead shark," the officials said. They said that the group comprised of a marine biologist and other experts. The team would examine the 11-meter long shark to ascertain causes of its death. The local fishermen had dumped it on the country's largest fish harbour, which attracted a large number of common people and experts.
