Law Enforcement Agencies on Saturday claimed to have arrested four alleged militants including a commander of outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan from Orangi Town area. According to police sources, the information of detained persons revealed that some militants of TTP were hiding in Toori Bangash Colony, Orangi Town and planning to flare up terrorist activities in the city.
Reacting on a tipoff, raid was conducted in the area that led to the arrest of three outlaws. On their information, a commander of TTP Mullah Hakeem who is accused of over 100 terrorist activities in Swat was also taken into custody from the said spot. Police said they have recovered weapons and 'Jihadi literature' from the outlaws' possession.The identities of the arrested persons have not been disclosed and they have been transported to unknown place for interrogation.
