Under-19 cricket team returns from South Africa

National under-19 cricket team has returned home after the tour of South Africa where the team participated in three-nation tournament and finished as runners up. The officials of Pakistan Cricket Board received the players at Allama Iqbal International Airport.
Manager of national under-19 cricket team, Haroon Rashid told reporters that the tour remained successful, as Pakistan got 2-1 victory against host South Africa apart from finishing as runners up in the three-nation tournament. He said 'boys have learnt a lot during this tour'.
Manager of the team, Sami said this tour was part of preparation of a strong team for Junior World Cup. Skipper Baber Azam said that the tour was highly successful, as we won seven out of 10 matches. He said the boys noticed their weaknesses, which would help improve their performance in future.
