Chancellor and Governor of Punjab, Sardar Latif Khan Khosa will be the chief guest at the convocation of Lahore College of Women University going to be held on January 20. According to spokesperson of the institute, vice-chancellor LCWU, Dr Sabiha Mansoor said that the varsity will honour its selected members of alumni in the forthcoming convocation.
She said that 10 prominent old students will be given special award and recognition in the convocation and this tradition will be continued in the coming years. The executive committee of Lahore College Associates has nominated these personalities for the award. According to registrar LCWU, Asma Fakhr, 36 position-holder students will be awarded medals.
