Three killed in separate incidents

At least three persons including a woman were killed in separate incidents at various parts of the metropolis on Saturday. According to police, a woman lost her life in mysterious circumstances at Sherpao Colony in the limits of Quaidabad police station. The incident took place on early Saturday where the resident of slum area Hyder Zaman saw his wife Anum, 27 lying on the Kitchen floor.
He immediately shifted her to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) burns ward where she succumbed to her injuries during treatment. Police said Hyder used to run second-hand cloth business at Quaidabad. Meanwhile, the doctors claimed that somebody threw hazardous chemical on her face that claimed her life. Police said the victim, who got married with Hyder some 13-year ago, had no child. She hailed from Haripur Hazara. No case was registered till filing of this report.
A bullet-riddled body of young man was found from Shah Waliullah Road Lyari in the limits of Kalri police station. The victim, who was later identified as 25-year-old Nasir Ali Baloch, a resident of Ahmed Shah Bukhari Road Baghdadi Lyari. Police said that they found his body with hands and legs were tied with ropes and added that he received two bullets on his head. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for medico legal formalities.
They said the victim, who was employed in medicine company, went missing since Friday and added that the deceased had no political and religious affiliations. Police registered a case against unidentified men on the complaint of his brother. Yet another bullet-riddled body of young man was found from Nullah at Shafiq Moor in the jurisdiction of FB Industrial area police station. The victim was later identified as Rafiq, 25 son of Shahid, a resident of slum area of Gadap Town. Police said the victim was kidnapped before he was murdered.
