The Swiss franc traded near flat against the euro and slightly weaker against the dollar on Wednesday as investors continued to weigh up just how determined the Swiss National Bank is to defend the franc's cap against the euro. At 0814 GMT, the franc was flat against the euro compared to the New York close, trading at 1.2126 francs per euro. Against the dollar, the franc was down 0.1 percent against the dollar at 0.9492 per dollar.
