Jamrud Bazaar blast kills 35

At least 35 persons were killed and 35 injured in a car bomb blast in Jamrud Baazar, Khyber Agency on Tuesday. After the blast, the injured were rushed to Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) and other hospitals of Peshawar for treatment, where the conditions of about 27 were stated to be critical. After the explosion, the security forces cordoned off the area and started investigation.
Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Barrister Masood Kausar has strongly condemned the bomb blast describing it an inhuman act On getting the information about the incident the Governor immediately contacted the concerned officials and directed them to speed up rescue and relief efforts and provide the injured people best possible healthcare. He said that killing a person was indeed the murder of the entire humanity and vowed that whoever to be found responsible for this gruesome act of terror would be brought to justice.
