Civil Aviation Authority Pakistan has deferred implementation for enhancement of airport charges to January 16, 2012 instead of January 01, 2012. The revised/new charges will not apply on passengers travelling prior to January 16, 2011, a PIA press release issued here on Monday said. However, tickets issued now/before January 16, 2012 with travel on/after January 16, 2012 will be subject to the revised/new charges, it added.
