HRW wheat bids steady

Bids for hard red winter wheat in the US Plains were steady on Friday in a quiet market that was lacking offers. Farmer selling was expected to increase after January 1.lackluster market. Protein premiums for railcar wheat to and through Kansas City were up 10-12 cents a bushel for 12.00 percent protein through 12.40 percent protein wheat supplies. Premiums fell 7 cents for 13.40-pro supplies.
UkrAgroConsult cut its forecast for Ukraine's 2011/12 wheat exports to 7.6 million tonnes from the previous estimate of 9.7 million tonnes.
