The Sindh Home Department under section 144 Cr.P.C has imposed ban on the preparation, manufacturing and selling of Gutka and Mainpuri throughout the province with immediate effect and until further orders. Moreover, the Police Officers up to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspector of concerned Police Station have been authorised to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing for the violation of Section 144 Cr. P.C. against the violators.
