Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani on Friday announced the setting up of a steel mill at Gaddani besides an industrial zone to promote export of local sea food to major markets of the world. Addressing at a ceremony at Lasbella Industrial Development Authority here, the CM described Mamogate scandal as baseless and said some elements are trying to achieve political mileage through exploiting the issue.
He, however, said the current assemblies would complete their tenure. He said the federal government is taking keen interest in integrated development of the province. He rejected negotiation with the militants demanding freedom and said women were falling prey to targeted killing incidents which is against Balochi norms.
The Chief Minister strongly condemned Nato forces recent attack on Pakistani security troops and said the supply from Balochistan to Nato forces in Afghanistan has already been stopped while Shamsi airbase would be evacuated in protest against the incident. He vowed not to tolerate the slightest move against country's integrity and sovereignty. He assured complete security and facilities to the firms desiring to invest in various sectors in the province Balochistan.
