At least 15 people were killed Monday when two buses collided in India's western state of Maharashtra, police said. Fifty-four passengers were injured in the accident in the Buldhana district, 250 kilometres east of state capital Mumbai. "The vehicles caught fire after the buses collided head-on. Thirteen passengers were burnt to death in their seats," local police chief BI Suryavanshi said by telephone.
