Vice Chancellor Punjab University Professor Dr Mujahid Kamran on Monday strongly condemned Nato aerial strikes on Pakistan's check posts in Mohmand Agency. He was addressing a special meeting of Deans, Heads of Departments and senior teachers, convened to condemned the Nato aerial strikes.
Addressing the meeting, Dr Kamran said war on terrorism was not Pakistan's war the country lost its 40,000 people. He said American writers had also termed the war against terrorism as 'drama'. He said US and Pakistani people were facing the same enemy, which was a group of international bankers.
Dr Kamran demanded of the media cover the "Occupy Wall Street" movement through their own resources in spite of depending on foreign media and they would see how US people were against this rich groups. He said that Sir Winston Churchill called the group as "High Cabal." He said the group of rich bankers wanted to establish 'One World' government. Strongly condemning the incident, the meeting unanimously passed a resolution, which said that the meeting considered the incident an attack and unannounced war on Pakistan's sovereignty and condemned it in bitter words. It was also said in the resolution that the university teachers stand united with the Pakistan armed forces, feel sympathy and fully share the grief of bereaved families. The teachers fully agreed with the Pakistan's viewpoint and steps taken after the incident.
According to the resolution, Nato's supply should be banned permanently and there should be no compromise on this issue. The meeting also demanded of the CIA, Black Water and other secret agencies to stop their destructive activities immediately. If any official of the above mentioned agencies was apprehended, must be punished according to law.
