As many as 35 thousand students of 372 private schools took part in the pre quality assurance test (pre-QAT) of the Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) for partnership under Foundation Assisted Schools (FAS) programme in Multan city on Saturday. According to the spokesman of the Punjab Education Foundation, more schools will be partnered under FAS programme in phase-7 in Punjab and pre-QAT has already been held in 10 different districts to select new schools.
Pre-QAT will now be held in the districts of Layyah and Rajanpur on Monday, November 28, he added. Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has arranged free education for more than one lakh and 13 deserving students studying in 189 FAS and 21 EVS partner schools in Multan district, concluded the spokesman.
