The Met Office on Saturday said that light rain was expected to fall in some parts of Malakand and Quetta divisions and Gilgit-Baltistan in the next 24 hours. It says foggy/misty conditions would however continue to prevail in plains of Punjab, Khyber Pukhtunkhwa during late night and early morning hours. "Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country," it adds.
It says a shallow trough of westerly wave is affecting northern area. Temperature in Skardu constant at minus four degree centigrade in the last 24 hours, the office said. Karachi's weather is expected to continue as dry with maximum temperature between 31 degree centigrade and 33 degree centigrade.
