Federal Urdu University for Science and Technology would observe its 10th founding day on November 13. Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Dr Muhammad Qaiser will chair a programme for the founding day on November 13, at 12 noon at Qadeer Auditorium at Gulshan Campus, said a statement issued on Friday.
