Published Updated

Police has established "Police Help Service" centres at the main markets and other areas of the city to provide immediate assistance to the citizens in case of any complaint during Eid ul Azha.
A Police Spokesman said that the "Police Help Service" Centres have been established at Super Market, Jinnah Super Market, G-9 (Karachi Company) and F-10 Markaz, where police officer along with staff will remain present to resolve the citizens' problems. The Centres will also ensure checking of police patrolling teams in the particular area.
Instead of going to police station, people can lodge their complaints in the centres, which will work from 5:30 pm to 12:30 am. The SSP said that the step has been taken to promote the concept of community policing and ensure immediate redressal of public complaints.
