Yet another infant has been kidnapped from the National Institute of Child Health on Friday. According to the police, the incident took place on Friday afternoon when a new-born baby boy of Rahib Ali, who is employed in the Sindh Education Department, was admitted at the nursery of NICH soon after his birth on early Friday.
They said the victim's father in his statement said his son has breathing problem hence the doctors of Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre suggested the family to admit him into nursery. However, after a few minutes, unidentified persons came in the nursery and kidnapped his baby. They said the father of the new-born held the nursery staffers responsible and registered a case in Saddar police station against them. They said the department has initiated investigation in this regard.
