One person was injured in a gas cylinder blast in Haji camp on GT road here on Thursday, police said. The cylinder blasted in a local hotel with a big bang, wounding Hakimullah Khan. The building and valuables worth thousands of rupees were damaged and burnt down.
The Rescue 1122 team rushed to the spot and started relief operation and shifted the injured to Lady Reading Hospital. The condition of the injured was started to be out of danger. The Rescue 1122 team after two hour hectic effort extinguished the fire.
