Vice Chancellor, University of Sindh, Dr Nazir A. Mughal has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Begum Nusrat Bhutto. Paying rich tribute to Begum Nusrat Bhutto for restoration of democracy, Dr Mughal said that Begum Bhutto played a historical role for democracy in the country.
