The Judicial Activism Panel (JAP) has resolved that United Nations have failed to control discrimination as Muslim across the world are not only being humiliated but also targeted without any evidence in the name of terrorism. Tough the JAP lauded the role of United Nations on certain subjects like promoting women rights and environmental issues, ban on child labour, protection of Ozone Layer, fighting against drug abuse but condemned the world body for its discriminatory actions against the Muslim world.
The panel members demanded forming a new international court of justice, saying the present one has badly failed to resolve Muslim countries' disputes, especially Kashmir and water issues of Pakistan with India. Presiding over the meeting, JAP Chairman, Muhammad Azhar Siddique said no strict action has been taken against Israel for imposing war on Palestine and condemned UN failure to control slavery in Sudan and keeping silence on brutal murders in Rwanda.
The members also flayed UN for not controlling activities of Somalian pirates who are freely abducting innocent people for ransom especially Pakistanis. The meeting resolved that UN has to act independently without any fear and favour especially the role of Security Council permanent members should be negated. It said the Security Council of the UN, by their veto power, is holding monopoly and that too is being used against Muslims across the world.
