Iran sentences reformist journalist

Iran has sentenced a reformist journalist, Abdolreza Tajik, to six year in prison after he was convicted of propaganda against the regime, the governmental Iran newspaper reported on Thursday. The report said that Tajik was arrested in June 2010 and charged with acting against the national security and propaganda against the regime.
He was also charged with collaborating with the Centre for the Defence of Human Rights, a banned organisation founded by Nobel peace laureate Shirin Ebadi, according Iran report.
