President of Pakistan Asif All Zardari has presented the 35th Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Trophy Award to CEO Triple Tree Associates and Siddiqsons Group of Companies, Tariq Rafi, on successful completion of the tallest building in the country 'The Mall' with an investment of over seven billion rupees.
This iconic building, the tallest in Pakistan, was envisioned by late Abdul Razzak Tabba and Tariq Rafi, and built with the belief that this city of light and this country of dreams wwill soar high above the rest President Zardari said that local investor's unshaken loyalty to the country was the pride of the government and the nation, FPCCI award was recognition of their untiring efforts.
"We should adopt innovative methods and public private partnership model for increasing economic activities. The construction of the tallest building in the country 'The Mall' by Siddiqsons Limited and Lucky Cement is the milestone for the country which predicts bright future of Pakistan," he added.
The high-rise project is the tallest building in the country with 393 feet height and 28 floors, which was highly appreciated by the FPCCI as the federation selected the project for its 35th Trophy Award. The federation commended the efforts of the local investor for constructing the tallest building in Pakistan.
CEO Triple Tree Associates and Siddiqsons Group of Companies, Tariq Rafi, said the project would play vital role in developing the economy of Pakistan in long run. He expressed confidence that Pakistan would be able to wriggle out of current troubles and the investment being made now would, pay off soon. He said the skyscraper was set to provide the citizens of Karachi with a world class shopping experience where international brands would be showcasing their products besides hosting corporate activities for thousands of businessmen in Pakistan.-PR
