Lahore High Court here Friday adjourned to October 13 the hearing of a petition filed by Ameer Jamaatud Dawa Hafiz Muhammad Saeed seeking halt of the US drone attacks as the law officer did not appear before the court due to bad health. The petitioner also sought implementation of unanimous resolution passed by the joint session of the Parliament on May 13 against the drone attacks.
The resolution was carried following US Seals Operation in Abottabad wherein they killed Osama bin Landen without sharing any information or giving prior intimation to the Pakistani authorities.
