Government to implement verdict: AGP

Attorney General Pakistan (AGP) Molvi Anwar-ul-Haq on Thursday said that the decision of the Supreme Court over law and order situation in Karachi would be implemented. Talking to the media in the Supreme Court building after announcement of judgement by a special bench, he said that there should be no doubt in implementation of the judgement.
He said that the government had issued notification by bringing in Rangers to control the situation. Deputy Attorney General Muhammad Shoaib Shaheen, on the occasion, said that the situation returned to normality after the Supreme Court initiated proceedings. He assured that the government with all its sincerity would implement the apex court's directives.
