Prices moved both ways on the grain market on Tuesday amid slow trading, dealers said. On the cereal side moong Punjab lost Rs 250 to Rs 6250, masoor Canada was quoted lower at Rs 5500-6000, wheat old bardan was quoted lower at Rs 2570 and wheat old new Bardan was registered at Rs 2585, other items maintained overnight levels in process of trading, they said.
On the rice sector Irri-6 Sindh old shed Rs 150 to Rs 3500 and new type low quality was up by Rs 25 to Rs 3575 while the best type did not show any change in process of trading, they said. Prices on the grams and seed sectors remained quite during the day, they said.
