According to the final results of the election of executive committee members and office-bearers of the KCA announced in the annual general meeting of Karachi Cotton Association (KCA) held on 27-9-2011 at the Office of the Karachi Cotton Association, The Cotton Exchange, I I Chundrigar Road, Karachi, Sohail Naseem and Naser Wahab were elected unopposed as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Karachi Cotton Association for the year 2011-12 respectively.
They would take the charge of their offices on 1-10-2011. Sohail Naseem of Naseem Exports (Pvt) Ltd has been engaged in cotton and textile business for last four decades. He is a prominent and well renowned exporters of raw cotton. He had been elected as chairman of the Karachi Cotton Association for 2009-10 and also elected Vice-Chairman of the KCA for 2002-03, 2004-05 and 2006-07, and served as a Director of the KCA, too.
Naser Wahab, of Five Star Enterprises, is a prominent member of the cotton trade. He had been elected as vice-chairman of KCA in 1991-92, 1997-98 and 2009-10, and served as Director of KCA for many years.
