PN continues flood relief operation

Pakistan Navy has continued its efforts with all resources to provide relief goods to the flood affectees in various districts of the province. "Relief teams are providing basic provisions and relief goods to the affectees and medical teams comprising doctors and para medical staff are giving medical treatment against various diseases," said a statement of Pakistan Navy, here on Sunday.
It said that during the last 24 hours, 13,715kgs of food ration were distributed in district Badin, which also included contribution by philanthropists. The areas covered included Badin, Sanghar, Jhuddo. In Jhuddo, 550 persons were treated in medical camp whereas 169 were provided medical aid by the mobile medical teams, it added.
