Relief work begins in Badin

After devastation caused by heavy rains in Badin District, the relief work has started in a big way. The district government in collaboration with the national and international non-governmental organisations (NGOs) are providing ration and clean drinking water to some 81,214 affected accommodated in 278 relief camps.
Senior Co-ordinator of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), for Badin Ghazala, informed that 167,463 ration bags have been distributed so far among the affected.
