KPCCI executive committee elections: Al-Khidmat group withdraws nomination unconditionally
The Al-Khidmat group has announced unconditional withdrawal in favour of Businessmen Forum from executive committee elections of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KPCCI) and expressed complete confidence over leadership of the forum.
The decision was taken in a meeting held with former KPCCI president, Malik Niaz Ahmad in chair. Those, who attended the meeting include leader Businessmen Forum, Senator Ilyas Ahmad Bilour, Mohsin Aziz, Sharafat Ali Mubarak, Haji Mohammad Asif, Malik Niaz Ahmad, Riaz Arshad, Ghazanfar Bilour, and Amanullah along with members of the KPCCI.
The meeting decided with mutual consensus that the Al-Khidmat group's six candidates, including two cooperate group contestant, Nasir Khan Musazai, and Imdadullah, whereas four candidates from associate group, Mohammad Hassan, Sajjadullah, Tariq Hadi and Abdul Wadood are not contesting the KPCCI elections for 2011-12 and announced unconditional withdrawal.
Head of Businessmen Forum, Ilayas Ahmad Bilour has welcomed the decision of Al-Khidmat and cooperate groups for withdrawing from the KPCCI elections and termed as better for business community of the province. He said the Businessmen Forum has always worked for the interest and rights of the business community. He said they would continue working for the betterment of the business community in the province. He expressed the hope that efforts will be made to solve all problems of the business community.
