Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhary taking suo motu notice against the SHOs, police stations North Cantt, Defence and CIA Kotwali for separately got the cases on the charges of monetary dispute, registered against five of a family Bashir. The court has summoned them along with record of the matter by October 17 next.
The applicant Bashir contended that the respondents police officials are acting in league with one Sarwar who bear grudged against them and persecute through the false cases.
