Sindh Home Minister, Manzoor Hussain Wassan on Saturday said that the actions of police and Rangers against criminal elements in Karachi would continue and police have been ordered to present strong evidence-based challans of the arrested accused in the courts.
Addressing a meeting of the co-ordination committee of law enforcing agencies at his office, he asked the police and other law enforcing agencies to utilise their full efforts to nab the criminals and lawbreakers. He directed that timely, effective and even-handed raids should be conducted whenever the law enforcers get any tipoff about the presence of illegal weapons. The meeting reviewed the performance of police and LEAs during the current month and decided to continue it.
