Administrator City District Government Karachi (CDGK) Muhammad Hussein Syed in exercise of his powers under Section 144 Cr. PC has imposed ban on filling and operation of all swimming pools in the open spaces at public places, farm houses, hotels, etc, within the limits of City District Karachi.
He also authorised the Executive District Officer, Health Group of Offices, City District Government Karachi or his nominee to lodge complaint under Section 188 PPC in the concerned police station against such individuals/ organisations/ agencies, in case of violation of this Order The decision has been taken keeping in view of apprehension of health hazard and danger to human lives due to threat of dengue virus This order shall come into force with immediate effect and remain in force for a period of seven days.
