The Met Office on Tuesday forecast scattered rain/thundershower with isolated heavy falls in the country in the next 24 hours. The forecast said that rain is likely in Peshawar, Hazara, Kohat, and D I Khan Divisions, Punjab, Sindh, eastern Balochistan and Kashmir. However, it added that there not severe weather condition is expected.
The weather summary said that the seasonal low lies over north-west Balochistan, and monsoon low is moving across Sindh-Makran coast, and a fresh westerly wave is likely to affect the upper parts of the country during next 24 hours. Karachi's weather is likely to remain partly cloudy and there are chances of rain/thundershower in the next 24 hours, with temperature ranging between 35 degree centigrade and 37 degree centigrade, the Met Office forecast.
