Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) Welfare organisation has distributed food packages in 115 flood affected families of Charsadda here on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, Wasil Mohammad, HHRD Regional Co-ordinator told newsmen that organisation had constructed 50 houses for flood victims and also provided interest free loans to the local traders.
