Talking to media persons after inauguration of the conservation, improvement and development of historical Kafar Qilla, former SDM House at Sehwan town on Friday, the Minister said that the government has prepared a comprehensive plan to carry out conservation and preservation of the historical sites of the province and this year, Rs 50 million would be spent for eleven such schemes.

Out of Rs 50 million, Rs 20 million will be utilised for completion of the projects of Kafar Qilla and Rs 21 million for renovation of Mukhi House Hyderabad, he informed.

Sindh Secretary Antiquities Waseem Ursani who accompanied the Minister informed the media persons that an Advisory Committee under Sindh Chief Secretary (CS) is working on the matter to finalise the historical sites.

Earlier, Makhdoom Jamil-uz-Zman laid floral wreath and offered fateha at the mazar of Hazrat Qalandar Lal Shahbaz.
