Another terror bid foiled

Police and law enforcement agencies foiled another terror bid in the capital after arresting two terrorists with huge quantity of explosives from the outskirts of Islamabad on Monday. Police said that huge quantity of explosives, arms and ammunition was recovered from the terrorists who had planned to use it on the occasion of Eid.
Islamabad Police responded to a terror alert from intelligence agencies and raided a house in the outskirts of Islamabad in the limits of Nilore Police Station. It was the second operation in two days as on Saturday morning Islamabad Police had raided a hotel in Aabpara and a house in G-6/1 and arrested five terrorists along with suicide vests, explosives, arms and foreign currency. Police sources said that the detained terrorists were arrested on the information given by the criminals earlier arrested. The terrorists were shifted to unknown destination for investigation.
