The capital city police on Monday claimed to have arrested 105 criminals including 20 proclaimed offenders and recovered lethal weapons from their possession. Following special directives of CCPO Imtaiz Altaf, the city police started grand operation against outlaws at various areas of the metropolitan city to maintain peace.
Police party led by SSP operation Ijaz Ahmad raided hide outs of criminals in various parts of the city and arrested 105 criminals including 20 proclaimed offenders. The arrested proclaimed offenders were identified as Yasian, Zahoor, Sayed Shahinshah, Tariq Shah, Ibrahim, Adil Shah, Abdul Khanan,Fida, Tahir, Raiss, Waheed, Haleem, Tamoor, Shamshad, Jan Saeed, Chamin, Nashidu Din, Ihsanullah, Taj Mohammad, Saeed Dil, Zafar and other. Police also recovered two Kalashnikovs, three Rifles, 30 pistols, hundreds of cartridges and five kilograms Hashish from their possession.
