'No timeframe can be given for restoration of peace in Karachi'

Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon said that no timeframe can be given for restoration of peace in Karachi and operation will continue till the arrest of last extortionist. Talking to a private news channel on Saturday, he said that about a hundred raids have so far been conducted at various places in the city.
He added that from the day first, Pakistan Peoples Party has increased the incentives of police and other security forces to increase their moral. Some professional and most wanted target killers were arrested by police and it was impossible without the support of govt, he added. He said the govt have given the free hand to police and they can take targeted action on their choice at any place.
Sharjeel said drug Mafia, land grabbers and Bhatta Mafia extortionist had made the lives of citizens difficult adding kidnapping of innocent people has the worst atrocity in the holy month of Ramazan. He added the govt is taking very bold steps to eliminate all these nefarious acts and hoped that very soon it would become smooth.
