Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on Wednesday announced that the trading in the shares of 25 companies will remain suspended for a further period of 60 days with effect from August 11, 2011. The KSE took this decision pursuant to the directives received from Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), a KSE notice issued here said.
According to the KSE notice, these 25 companies include Rashid Textile Mills Limited, Siftaq International Limited, Fazal Vegetable Ghee Mills Limited, Pak Ghee Industries Limited, Extraction (Pakistan) Limited, Valika Woollen Mills Limited, Medi Glass Limited, Mineral Grinding Mills Limited, Abson Industries Limited, Saif Nadeem Kawasaki Motors Limited, Prudential Stocks Fund Limited, Quality Steel Works Limited, English Leasing Limited, First Dadabhoy Modaraba, Sunshine Cotton Mills Limited, Sadoon Textile Industries Limited, Taxila Engineering Limited, Qayyum Spinning Mills Limited, Hakkim Textile Mills Limited, Suraj Ghee Industries Limited, MacDonald Layton & Company Limited, Hallmark Insurance Company Limited, Ittefaq General Insurance Company Limited, Prudential Discount & Guarantee House Limited and Kashmir Polytex Limited.
