All political leaders stressed on political solution of Karachi situation and said that all politicians need to show flexibility in this time. Talking to VOA on Saturday, Federal Law Minister, Maula Bakhsh Chandio maintained the Constitution allows us to call Army if it is required in any area of the country to control the situation but such a situation is not prevailing in Karachi.
He said it is not only the failure of PPP, but failure of representatives of Karachi and other parties. He suggested that the issue can be resolved through political steps because there is no other option. Human Rights Commission of Pakistan's deputy Chairman and former Federal Law Minister, Iqbal Haider demanded truth commission and its findings should be implemented in letter and spirit.
